Have you been feeling exhausted, stressed out, and totally overwhelmed from trying to run your childcare business? Are you worried you’re going to lose everything you’ve worked for?
I know what that feels like. Which is exactly why I created my childcare coaching program – to eliminate all of the stress, exhaustion, overwhelm, and fear that you’ve been carrying around.
While I was deep in the trenches of bringing my business from zero to a seven-figure success story, I discovered something…a formula.
This formula has since become my blueprint for success and I want to share it with you to help get you out of the trenches too!
In this article, you’ll receive the 10 points of my blueprint for success.
Blueprint for Success
Here are the 10 points from my blueprint for success:
- The Importance of Having a Vision Statement
- The Importance of Having Core Values
- How to Build Your Business so You Can Charge Top Dollar
- The Importance of Having a Renewed Mindset
- How to Both Hire and Retain the Best Team
- How to Create Systems for Your Business
- Staff Incentives that Make a Difference
- How to Pay Staff What They’re Worth
- How to Build a Leadership Team
- What it Takes to be Different from the Rest
These first two points are especially important for the overall success of your childcare business.
Your Vision Statement & Core Values
Your vision statement is CRUCIAL.
Your core values are EVERYTHING.
Your vision statement is a statement made by your company that outlines the long-term goals that you aspire to achieve.
Your core values are the beliefs and principles that will guide you and your entire company.
Now, why are these two points from my blueprint for success so important for the success of your childcare business?
Well, for one thing, they guide you in your everyday decision making – from hiring to onboarding.
Think about it this way…if you don’t have a vision statement and core values defined for your childcare business, you cannot expect your employees to know what your business stands for and how to uphold those relating values, right?
Conclusion
So, you can now see why the first two points are important – they set a foundation for your unique business that the other points can firmly stand on. They’re also what guided me to become a millionaire childcare owner.
