About Me

I am a childcare business owner and coach who helps other childcare business owners enjoy and build thriving centers. With my experience, I know what is required to build an award-winning, two-million-dollar center with just one location, and want to share my secret sauce with others.

My excitement comes from helping other childcare owners enjoy the fruits of their labor. With my industry knowledge, successes, and failures, I provide guidance on how to build a financially thriving operation and a life that gives them freedom and options.

I love being a childcare business owner because of the operational processes I have put in place at my center. Consequently, I am able to enjoy a true work-life balance and run my childcare center as an absentee owner. This frees up time for me to do what I enjoy and do things that bring meaning to my life, like investing in and helping other childcare business owners.
